Call for research infrastructure 2024
Call for applications for infrastructure investments within the Faculties of Medicine, the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering, as well as regulations for the handling of applications, and information about Lund University's central call.
Background
For a number of years, the national conditions for funding research infrastructure have meant that a large part of these must be financed by individual higher education institutions and thus often within the framework of the faculties' budgets. Researchers at the Faculties of Medicine and Science and the Faculty of Engineering (NMT) are offered the opportunity to apply for infrastructure funding from the faculties every year. As in previous years, the management of applications and the allocation of infrastructure funds will be coordinated centrally between the NMT faculties and Lund University in 2024.
Timetable
This year, N, M and LTH, as well as Lund University's research infrastructure call, have a deadline of 1 March at 09.00 (AM). The call text for the Faculty of Medicine and the joint application form can be found at the bottom of this page. For the current application round, SEK 5 million has been allocated from the Faculty of Medicine.
Application Procedure
Read through the call text. Fill in the application form (the application must be written in English). Also send the application form to those who will receive the applications at the preparatory faculty(s). At the Faculty of Medicine, the application must be sent to birgitta [dot] larsson [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se.
