Make Intramed your start page

Would you like to avoid extra clicks and bring up Intramed as soon as you start your computer? 

If you have not already set Intramed as your start page, this can be easily organised by yourself. 

By making Intramed your start page, you will automatically bring up the website front page as soon as you start your computer and browser. 

Below are instructions on the relevant settings in the most common web browsers for PC and Mac computers. 

(The features and settings may vary slightly depending on which version of browser you use.) 

Make Intramed your start page on your PC 

  1. Start the Chrome browser on your computer. 
  2. Click the three-dot symbol [⋮] at the top right-hand side of the window.
  3. Select "Settings" in the menu that will then open. 
  4. Select "On startup" in the menu that appears on the left-hand side of the window.
  5. In the "On startup" box that appears in the middle of the window, check "Open a specific page or set of pages".
  6. Click on "Add a new page".  
  7. Paste in the web address www.intramed.lu.se/en and click on "Add".  Done!

  1. Start the Edge browser on your computer. 
  2. Click the three-dot symbol [⋮] at the top right-hand side of the window. 
  3. Select "Settings" in the menu that will then open. 
  4. Click on "Start, home and new tabs" in the menu that appears on the left-hand side of the window. 
  5. In the box "When Edge starts", tick "Open these pages" and then click "Add a new page" (see image below). 
  6. Paste the web address www.intramed.lu.se/en and click on "Add".  Done!

Make Intramed your start page on your Mac

  1. Select Safari > Settings in the Safari app on your computer, then click "General". 
  2. Enter https://intramed.lu.se/en in the Home page field.
  3. Select "Home page" in the dropdown menu "New windows open with".
