Waste, hazardous waste and recycling
Waste must be handled in ways that protect health and the environment, so that recycling is promoted and so the risk of injury does not arise.
The faculty's waste handbook contains local information about where different types of waste should be sorted, where packaging material for hazardous waste is available, available waste rooms.
In the university's waste management handbook you will find information and instructions on how to handle different types of waste.
This is how you handle waste at the Faculty of Medicine
Link to "Instructions for the Faculty of Medicine" (Sharepoint, login with Lucat ID).
Here you will find, among other things, information on how and where waste should be sorted, where to find packaging material and waste rooms.
Guidelines for waste at Lund University
