NVivo for Literature Reviews: an Introduction

NVivo can support your literature review workflow in conducting and documenting the analysis process. NVivo is used for qualitative research methods such as grounded theory (GT), content analysis, phenomenology, discourse analysis, literature reviews, and more.
Using NVivo for qualitative literature reviews
In this course, you will learn how NVivo can support your analysis process when coding, working with themes, and keeping track of the material in your literature review. We will guide you through methodological tips and features of the software.
This course is designed for complete beginners as well as those who have used previous versions of the software.
The course is divided into two sessions. The first session focuses on how to start a new project and manage the data (texts and articles) you import, as well as coding and working with tools to support your analysis.The second session is dedicated to more advanced features.The course will be held on PC/Windows, but Mac users are also welcome.

When: 1 and 8 April, 9:00–12:00 and 9:00–11:00 respectively

Prior knowledge and required installations
No previous knowledge of NVivo or similar software is required, but it is essential that you have NVivo installed on your device prior to attending the course.
