Action plans in the event of the decease of an employee or student 

As soon as any employee at the faculty receives a report or rumour of an accident or death concerning a student/employee at the Faculty of Medicine, the accident/decease report template must be completed and submitted to the manager who bears ultimate responsibility. This template is on the right.
