Providing information within the faculty
As an employee at the Faculty of Medicine, you have a responsibility to keep yourself informed about what is going on at the faculty, the departments and within support operations. There are several ways for you to access such information.
Intramed
Intramed is the faculty intranet. Here you will find practical information that can be helpful in your work, for example how to book premises, verify invoices, handle hazardous waste, get in touch with IT support and much more. News from the faculty, upcoming seminars, training courses, grants et cetera is also publicised here. Read more about how to use the calendar by clicking on "Using the calendar" in the menu.
Faculty of Medicine newsletter
The Faculty of Medicine's newsletter is a digital mailing that is sent automatically once a month to all employees at the faculty. It contains up-to-date information from the faculty's internal and external websites, calendar and grant calendar.
The faculty's communications department is responsible for the newsletter.

The faculty morning meetings
All employees are welcome to participate in our digital faculty morning meetings. These meetings are held every month and are an opportunity for you to meet the dean and vice-deans who discuss and provide information on various current topics. These meetings are held alternately in Swedish and English in order to be accessible to all employees at the faculty.
Other local information channels
In addition to the faculty newsletter, there are in-house versions at some of the faculty departments. Departments and other operations/units also hold information and workplace meetings.
There are also information screens at BMC, CRC and Medicon Village. If you are interested in posting your event on the information screens, please use this web form (log in with your Lucat-ID).
