Primula unavailable

Over the weekend, the National Government Service Center's subcontractor TietoEvry was subjected to an extensive IT attack. This has affected Primula, which has been unreachable since the early hours of January 20. Information about the shutdown and its consequences will be updated on an ongoing basis on the Staff Pages and here.

The January salary will be paid according to the regular routine

According to information from the National Government Service Center (SSC), the January salary will be paid according to the regular routine.

Since Primula cannot be reached, it is important that each business handles and documents incoming personnel matters (such as sick leave and recovery reports) manually.

Right now, the University is working to review the situation and what it means for us at Lund University. The University is also working to establish a dialogue with the National Government Service Centre about how and what backup procedures we need to activate.

The shutdown may also have consequences for other systems and services that use data from Primula. This includes Lucat, Adato, Varbi and others. Work is underway to identify what the consequences will be and to possibly find backup procedures.

Information about the shutdown and its consequences will be updated on an ongoing basis on Staff Pages and here.
