Terms and conditions for Utblicken

Utblicken (BMC E16003) consists of a seminar room with associated lounge and terrace. Only one event may take place at a time in the premises so as not to risk the events interfering with each other. A maximum of 50 people may be in the premises at the same time.

The premises should be used for internal representation for example for management and committees, and for representation with external guests.

Furnishings

Suggestions for furnishing in the room:

  • U-shaped seating for 28 people with table
  • Cinema seating for 50 people with only chairs
  • School seating with tables for 40 people.

Order furniture set-up at least 5 days before the event: 
LU Service Desk (log in with your Lucat ID) 

Between each booking, there must be one hour for emptying, cleaning and refurnishing the premises.

Alcohol

If you are going to serve alcohol, it must be ordered by a caterer who has a license to serve alcohol. You are not allowed to serve alcohol that you bring with yourself.

Cost

The rent for the premises is SEK 1000.
 

Dissertations and teaching

Dissertations are referred to the rooms Belfrage, Segerfalk and Fernström. Dissertations with fewer than 40 people can also be booked in the BMC E11 meeting centre.

Teaching and similar regarding doctoral education are referred to the Belfrage and Segerfalk halls, to the meeting centre or to the undergraduate education premises.
