The Belfrage hall

The Belfrage hall on D15 is used for meetings, conferences, dissertations and symposia. The hall can accommodate a maximum of 70 people.

Reservation

The room can be booked between 8 am and 9 pm on weekdays and may not be rented for private events or parties.

Between each booking, there may be an hour set aside for emptying, cleaning and refurnishing the premises.

Cost

The rent for the premises is SEK 1000.

  • Furnishing the room.

Catering

As an organiser, you are responsible for ordering and delivering catering and meal services to the event.  If you are going to serve alcohol, it must be ordered by a caterer who has a license to serve alcohol. You are not allowed to serve alcohol that you bring with yourself.

Availability

Entrance is via Klinikgatan 32. If visitors cannot climb stairs, notify the reception at BMC and the door on the ground floor (D10) can be opened from the other side of the building.

Evening events

For events that start or end after 4.30 pm, you are responsible for letting in meeting participants and catering suppliers. You must ensure that the premises are restored, evacuated, lights turned off and the room locked at the end of the event. If this is not followed, you will be charged for any additional cost (for example, in the event of an alarm being triggered).
