New telephony provider: Distribution of new SIM cards

Department of Experimental Medical Science (EMV)

The research group leaders must collect all the research group's SIM cards from EMV's office for distribution in each group.

Department of Health Sciences (IHV)

The administrative manager contacts the research group managers for further distribution of SIM cards.

Department of Clinical Sciences, Lund (IKVL)

The research administrator at each division contacts employees to hand over SIM cards. To employees in cost centres without a research administrator, Administrative Manager Lena B Gunnarsson passes on the SIM cards. 

Department of Clinical Sciences, Malmö (IKVM) and Department of Translational Medicine (ITM)

At MiM, Medical Department Office Malmö (building 92 floor 11) department administrator Peter Jensen will be responsible for the distribution of physical SIM cards to a representative of each cost center belonging to ITM and IKVM. MiM will also assist in handing out SIM cards to the cost center 314093 at EMV.

Department of Laboratory Medicine (ILM) and CRI

For research groups at MV:

• TCR: Picks up from Johanna Verngren
• AMM: Pick up at the reception at MV, house 404

For research groups at BMC:

• Division of Clinical Genetics: Picks up from Anette Welin at D14
• Division of Molecular Hematology: Retrieved from Maria Häggblom at B12
• Division of Molecular Medicine and Gene Therapy: Get from Mattias Magnusson at A12
• Other departments pick up from Sebastian Goksör at I13, room I1330B

For CRI:

• Pick up from Anette Welin at D14, room D1439B

Kansli M

The education unit: 

The department managers receive the SIM cards for each department from Rikke Barthélemy for distribution to the employees concerned.

Others: 

The heads of units must pick up SIM cards for their unit from Christina Mihaly.

Operational support

Each unit manager must collect their respective cards from IT for distribution at the department.
