This works hop addresses that gap\, offering methods to improve productivity while ma intaining well-being. You will be introduced to concepts such as the unit method\, the 80/20 principle etc. and explore how these can be applied in your daily work and in the supervisory relationship. Moreover\, all partic ipants will receive a copy of the Finish on Time book by Åsa Burman.Pract icalitiesPlease note that you need to be an active PhD supervisor at the F aculty of Medicine at the time of the workshop (i.e. currently supervising one or more PhD students).Participation is free of charge for the individ ual supervisor. However\, this workshop involves a cost for the faculty. A s places are limited participants are expected to cancel their registratio n as soon as possible if unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance\, so that the place can be offered to someone else.About the workshop leaderKat arina Mårtensson is a much appreciated workshop leader at Finish on Time. She has a PhD in higher education and pedagogical development and is a pr ofessor at Lund University. She is an experienced supervisor\, editor\, an d has worked with pedagogical development in higher education for the past 25 years. Mårtensson’s research is about collegiality\, professional d evelopment and leadership. \;About Finish On TimeWe have given worksho ps at 28 universities and colleges in Sweden over the last 18 years. We kn ow academia and all our workshop leaders hold a PhD. We have met over 12 0 00 academics during these workshops.
