Meeting rooms in Malmö
At CRC, you have the opportunity to book everything from small meeting rooms to rooms for larger events with catering.
You can make a reservation via the TimeEdit booking system. To book a room, you need a cost center and Lucat ID. Instructions on how to make a reservation can be found on the Lund University's Staff Pages.

Seminar room 37:an is adjusted for 24 people with flexible furniture suitable for meetings and seminars. It is excellent to serve lunch in the hall as eating is permitted.

The balcony is an open space that you can book for lunch or other events with refreshments.

Video conference room
You book the video conference room (28-11-026) in TimeEdit.
Please note that the room’s equipment only supports Zoom and not Teams.
Exhibition areas
Areas for exhibition needs to be booked through tCRC reception.
- Paus room (building 91): 70 people.
Atrium: 170 people.
Dining halls
The restaurant's dining hall can accommodate 200 people and can be booked through the restaurant Mötesplats CRC. You can book the the dining hall in the evening, but then only for smaller groups (10-12 people).
The small dining rooms (see below) can only be booked through CRC's reception. Food and coffee are ordered through the restaurant Mötesplats CRC.
