Science moves fast. Law changes with it. As advanced therapies move closer to the clinic, understanding the legal frameworks that guide patient safety, data protection, and cell-, gene-, or tissue-based innovations is becoming essential for biomedical researchers.

Registration is now open for the Swedish National ATMP Research School’s new online course Medical Law and Legal Aspects of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs), hosted by Lund University’s Faculty of Law.

Stay ahead with a practical course on medical law for biomedical researchers, designed to help you protect patients, your research, and your innovations.

Taught online by legal experts at Lund University, this course offers a concise and applied introduction to medical law in Swedish, EU, and international contexts. Through online lectures, group discussions, and applied legal exercises, you’ll learn to navigate regulatory and compliance challenges with confidence, safeguard patient data, assess legal risks in collaborative and translational projects, and move your research safely toward clinical application.
