 in Intercultural Communication for international researchers. The workshop
  will be led by&nbsp\;Yael Tågerud\, who&nbsp\;for many years worked as a
  coordinator for professional development initiatives for university staff
 \, as a process facilitator for various projects\, and as a lecturer in th
 e field of inter- and transcultural communication.&nbsp\;The aim of the wo
 rkshop is to help you gain insights into the dynamics of intercultural enc
 ounters\, strengthen your cultural intelligence and provide tools for work
 ing in multicultural and intercultural environments. The workshop will be 
 held in two parts – we start with a first workshop\, then give you some 
 time to reflect before the second one.&nbsp\;WhenThis workshop will be off
