 mic career progression\, such as the requirements and process for applying
  for the Docent title\, as well as information on what to include in your 
 pedagogical portfolio and its role in academic merit assessment.Speakers:&
 nbsp\;Lena Uller and Lars Rylander from the docentship committee (Docentur
 nämnden) will talk about how to merit yourself to become a Docent at the 
 Faculty of Medicine in Lund\, and inform about the application process.Mar
 tin Garwicz and Magnus Hillman will provide information about what to incl
