Maximise the uptake of your research by choosing high-impact journals and keep track of your citations.

This online workshop will enable you to easily identify journals with a certain impact and to compare them within and across scientific fields. You will also learn how to track your articles' citations and ensure good visibility in bibliometric databases.

In particular, you will learn:

  • How to find Journal Impact Factors (JIF).
  • How to compare journals by JIF rank, quartile and percentile.
  • What the CiteScore is and how to compare journals by CiteScore rank and percentile.
  • What your Scopus author profile is and how to optimise it.
  • How articles are measured in Scopus and how to follow your articles’ citations.
