Kärleksakuten, an initiative of the international medical student association IFMSA, distributes love letters on Valentine's Day in Forum Medicum. The love letters were collected in the foyer of Forum Medicum the other day.
"We are distributing the letters to everyone who needs a little love," explained the love spreaders Isabelle, Elin and Irene.
