Future Faculty is a networking organization for early-career researchers. The organization works to amplify the voices of junior researchers and teachers at the faculty. Each year, the Minerva Leadership Award is presented to outstanding leaders and role models within the faculty.
This year, the award was presented with the following motivation:

Her leadership is characterized by honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility."
Camila Consiglio, assistant professor and research group leader in systems immunology
"Camila Consiglio is awarded for her strong commitment to inclusiveness and her efforts to promote open science. She has built a research environment where individuals feel supported, respected, and encouraged to develop, regardless of background or career stage. Her work emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and the integration of gender perspectives in research."
