Popular course: Written English for scholarly publication

Your research deserves to be communicated clearly, efficiently, and correctly. To develop your academic English, don't miss the opportunity to take part in the popular course “Written English for Scholarly Publication”. Register by 11 October.

The course is organized by the English Unit at the Centre for Language and Literature and consists of eight seminars in November and December. The course is open for all academic staff members (e.g. doctoral students, researchers, post-docs, lecturers, and professors) in any area of study who want to improve their English and get feedback on their writing.

During the autumn of 2024, the course will be given twice, according to the following preliminary schedule:

  1. WESP1 (Zoom) Fridays 10-12: 18 Oct, 25 Oct, 8 Nov, 15 Nov, 29 Nov, 6 Dec, 13 Dec, 10 Jan
  2. WESP2 (Campus) Tuesdays 13-15: 5 Nov, 12 Nov, 19 Nov, 26 Nov, 3 Dec, 10 Dec, 17 Dec, 14 Jan
