Back at work after vacay and time to make a fresh start in tackling bad habits – and looking after your health. Did you know you can get support at work? Find out how here.

Occupational health services are seeing an increasing number of employees and managers seeking support at an early stage regarding risky and harmful use of alcohol, drugs and gambling.

“This is a very positive trend. The sooner you pluck up the courage to ask questions or seek help, the greater the chances of preventing ill health and finding solutions that work,” says Eva Örnling, a nurse at the Occupational Health Service at Lund University.
